http://www.hotel-blogs.com/-
- Length- Medium, not too awfully long, not too short
- One subject per blog
- White space was used to enhance readability
- Pictures- not always used in ever blog, made blog entries look longer
- Professional, yet personal
So I did not know this blog existed:
- Length- short to a few paragraphs
- One subject per blog
- Pictures- sometimes useful, sometimes funny
I never knew you wanted to own hotels or restaurants. That's always interested me, too. Maybe we should go into business someday and get totally rich from our amazing hotel.
ReplyDeleteThe www.hotel-blogs.com front page was a bit long. I thought it kind of redeemed itself by having links on the right side.
ReplyDeleteI like how hotel-blogs.com had their information set up so that one could skim through it easily. There are bullet points, short, clear sentences, and links to help one to learn more about a specific topic.
ReplyDeleteThe hotel blog was well organized as far as graphic highlighting goes, but I feel like there were too many blog posts on one page and that they could cut down on the scrolling a bit. It was nice seeing the categories on the right side in case you had a special topic you wanted to read about.
ReplyDeleteCool! It would be great if you could embed the link to the blogs in your post- that way the reader can jump straight to the page rather than copying and pasting the address into the search bar. It's really easy to do- on the top of the page where you write the post, there's an option to add a link. Copy the URL and it sticks it in your post for you :)
ReplyDeleteAlthough it was definitely too long, I thought it looked like an interesting site, particularly if you have the time to scroll down a lot.
